Continuing to Hope

Zeke continues to be fragile but stabile. His blood culture results showed a bacterial infection in his breathing tube that has travelled to his respiratory system. He is on a broad spectrum of antibiotics and the hope is they will help fight and eliminate the infection. There will be an ultrasound for his central and arterial lines to ensure there are no blood clots.
We got a chance to get a board overview of where Ezekiel is at and where he needs to be from Dr Floh. Essentially the goal is to get him infection free and smaller than he currently is. This will help with chest closure. And we slowly progress from there. It will be a long road ahead for him but we are continuing to hope in faith for his healing.
Lamentations 3:22-23 “The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.”
