Plication Surgery Today

Zeke will be having the plication surgery this afternoon. Although he has graduated to Cpap his left diaphragm is still quite high not allowing his lung to fully expand. Another surgery is not ideal but we understand the purpose it will serve in helping Zeke. Please continue to pray for our little boy as he goes under again. Pray for an operation without complications, a quick extubation and post op recovery, no infections and minimal bleeding.

I was reminded today that joy is not the absence of sorrow but the presence of God in every circumstance. I am grateful for the joy God has given us even in this hard season and for his constant presence that has been a source of strength for our family. Thank you for your continued prayers.
