Prayer in the Waiting

Ezekiel is still on his course of antibiotic treatment and they will only know if they have worked and done the job that they need to do once he starts feeds again. They are going to try and do feeds on Saturday and we are hoping and praying that his first poop will not be bloody. So far he's had to have two blood transfusions because his hemoglobin has been low, however they're watching him very closely. They have started to wean him off of the stronger pain medication as some of them have a bit of an addictive quality. he had a slight withdrawal yesterday which manifested in tremors, however he is doing so much better today. We continue to entrust him to the Lord and are so very grateful for all the saints who have joined in prayer with us.
